At a glance, one would say yes. However, Discogs doesn't list any vinyl release. Also, the label on the vinyl, while Prince had variations of the WB label, doesn't look anywhere near legit. Everything looks like a high res scan, to me. But it's hard to fully tell from those pictures.
Discogs only lists CD and Cassette as formats. I've certainly never heard of vinyl for this, especially for one of those contractual obligation albums he put out.
Even Prince Vault makes no mention of a vinyl release. Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking. |

Bootleg. If it isn't listed here, then it is a bootleg. http://sleevographia2.free.fr/
On the 3rd photo, there's a logo that says "urban division" -- that matches a username on discogs. No WB logo -- anywhere.
Lastly, limited edition of 100 -- and a starting price of only $150? Bootleg.
Unfortunately, folks don't investigate so it should sell for at least $1000. |

Um, we don't have to do anything. Any sucker who wants it can have it. Hopefully the OP didn't buy it.
