I'm not trying to profit or whatever, but i think it was produced here in Aus, I know its in the UK as my mum got it for me there, so I've got 2.

I'm not sure if this is available in the US - can someone confirm if I'm wrong/right???

It cost me $9 AU i think, about $6.50 US. It's the shipping that's the killer.

To get tracked it's $26AU and I need to get a hard back envelope , another $3AU..
