Seems that Rave has also sold. That is the most I have seen either album sell for on vinyl. A new price benchmark?.. it would seem so. | |

I managed to buy a sealed copy of The Rainbow Children this year for waaaaay less (£156) and Rave cost me £19.99 a few weeks back.. I also managed to buy a peach marbled black album for around £20 as playback condition wasn't brilliant, it looks amazing though, it was because I got a major refund... And I got a mint copy of the black album last year on eBay for £15... What I'm saying is there are deals there but you have to do lots of work to find them... I do think the Rainbow Children (aka the holy grail of prince vinyl) is getting more scarce and harder to find so even if it seems a bit steep (like the 300€ Ones on discogs) that might look like a good deal in a few years time especially with the current vinyl boom...
