Does not cut any % . Its well worth the hassel it is tieing up the auction and listing with trying to cancel it because the over seas person does not want to pay $40.00 in shipping for a poster that is $1.00 or $10.00. So the answer to your question is NO the buyer does not pay for shipping because they cry wondering why it costs $40.00 to ship to them. But that is a question for the United States Post Office.
