This is quite a community! As a long-time Prince fan I’ve been an occasional lurker for quite some time, but I’m making my first post here to let you know that I’ve listed a rare and hard-to-find Hohner “The Prinz” telecaster over at eBay.

Because these aren't easy to stumble across, I figure that this is something of a public service!

I had no idea this guitar is rare.

This is the original Hohner edition - in this case from 1987. It has the Fender-style headstock that Hohner subsequently changed to avoid any conflicts with Fender. I believe that the last one of these to appear on eBay was in March 2012!

It's easier to find the subsequent version - known as the "TE" - which is a much less substantial "budget" instrument.
