Kiss 12" Test Promo Picture Disc - Anyone Seen This Before?

Have collected all kinds of Prince vinyl since '82 but never seen this item before now.

It's on ebay going for £150. Anyone seen this before?

It doesn't seem to fit the black and white look of the Cherry Moon era.
