Song of the Heart FAKE???

Is anyone aware of fakes of Japanese promo cd of Song of the Heart circulating?

Just bought this one....http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm...257549917?

It's just arrived and my FAKE!! alarm bells are ringing all over the place ;-((
It is certainly different to the april snow listing: http://aprilsnow065.ueuo....t/6239.htm - check out the italics around "THE SONG OF THE HEART" on the disc, and capital H for happyfeet-movie.net on inner sleeve....
And it has an inner ring matrix CD-R 80 07120104, along with some other numbers on the inner ring which just remind me of Madhouse fakes I've seen...
would appreciate any thoughts.... ;-((
