I have the 2003 Hit N 'Run Tour (Hongkong, Australia, Hawaii) tour book up for trade for the Welcome 2 Canada tourbook.
In NM and unread condition. This is a spare copy I have.

that looks like a cheap deal ... The Welcome 2 Canada is already a collectors item, unlike the 2003 programme ...

your PS quite frankly takes away the objectiveness in your post.
the 2003 tourbook is rarely on Ebay, and on marktplaats.nl one was recently sold for € 100.
I think these tourbook prices are ludricous, and I presonally won't participate in that circus.
So if this possible trade could make 2 people happy, then what is the problem....
