5 hours since this announcement and fans here in Toronto are STILL WAITING !! Also LiveNation is now selling unsold ACC concert tickets at 60% off......makes me so angry....I had to borrow money to pay $300 for a mediocre ticket and there are better seats left that people who don't really give a shit about Prince will buy. some agencies/offices, for instance raptor client services, are getting emails to purchase tickets at discounted prices. live nation defended the action early on facebook stating that it was a thank you offering to air canada centre staff for their hard work. not explanation given as to why others were getting the discounts. the email circulating this morning offered upper and lower bowl seats at $49.99 to raptor client services. in essence, hardcore fans paid $271 per ticket (like me for section 118 for friday) only to have some non-fan pay $49 bucks and sit closer to the stage. not sure what's going, nor do i care why, all i can say is that this is FUCKED UP. | |

I am unsure as to why Dr.F is being so vague. Are we supposed to open the windows here in Toronto and hope to catch a ticket falling from the sky? Are they in chocolate bars?

I got a 60.00 ticket, but I had to use another CC because it wouldn't accept an expiration date of over 2016?! How much are aftershows usually? I don't remember it being so expensive.. Love wins. (Seen on bumpersticker) | |
