2 tickets for sale for Toronto 11/26 show, floor seats, 3rd row, below cost!

I have 2 tickets for sale to the Prince Welcome 2 Canada show in Toronto, Ontario, Saturday, November 26, 2011 at 8:00 p.m at the Air Canada Centre. The seats are in the West Floor 1 section, row 3, seats 13 and 14. Tickets bought for $268.25 a piece ($537 total). The seats are located in the 3rd row of the blue section in front of sections 117/118 (seating chart can be viewed on the ticketmaster.com website). I'm asking $499 or best offer.
