Wanted : Tourbook from W2A South/North Carolina

Is someone willing to get me a tourbook from one of those Carolina concerts and send it to germany as registered letter ? I can pay with PayPal,so let me know the total cost.

Is the W2A tourbook from South/North Carolina different?
