I live in the Uk and will be travelling over with a friend to see the concert on the same night. I bought the tickets on Ticketmaster and have to collect our two tickets, plus the two that are for sale, from the ticket office at Madison Square Garden as there was no option to have them sent or emailed to me at the time of purchase. We will be very happy to meet up with the buyer before the show to exchange the tickets for payment. This seems to me to be the most straight forward way to do it!
