If you paid for the t-shirt then you should name and shame them.

In general i would not purchase from anyone on the org who.....

A. Did not use paypal.

B. Had been a very recent sign up to the org, and who seemed to have "joined to sell."

(i.e the seller only had posts of a selling nature).

The second point may seem very judgemental, and it is not to say that someone who has been signed up for years would not try to pull a fast one, but that is my criteria.
