Prince memorabilia archive - does it exist?

Is there one place that houses all Prince Memorabilia?

I mean I know there are a lot of fans that have a lot of stuff. But has anyone thought of actually making a museum or something like this?

I may want to make a donation. But I don't think such a place exists...and it should.

Yea, I hear you. Well the fans should put a wiki site together that is owned by the fans. An international group for this purpose. Everyone should be able to submit. It would be an excellent resource like the Vault book is.

I think a lot of this stuff needs to be archived or recorded. And we all know Prince is not going to do this.

I just bought Jimi Hendrix latest album, and it's 40 years after his death and they are still releasing new music. We need to do something to keep Prince's legacy going beyond our time.

Just a thought.

Yea that would be cool. If one knew what they were doing they could literally build a program that monitors the internet and puts up prince news, ebay auctions. Takes the content and puts it onto the website, where people submit info. Then those items are taken and put into an online archive. People can view and item, then read tidbits about the item from other fans. Interesting stuff, like it's hitory...not sutff like "Oh I have this."

Uptown peeps would be a good one for this...but I guess they have moved on. Certainly make it worth your while.

Even take it a step further.

You could have an area of concerts listed and their dates.

You click on that, you see an actual ticket (like one of yours) if available.

Then you have a choice to look at merchandise from that time period or watch a video clip or hear audio from the show.

You can also look at clothing Prince wore and various looks for that time period.

Unreleased albums, and things that happened on that day he played.

Fans should do this not prince. Fans should own it.

There is a wiki section on this site that could be used for all of that. People just have to put it in there.
Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it.
