Wow, cool pics!! ....I agree with SG, thanks for posting them here. I really like the generic "GC" on the drum kit!!! Grand Central in their finest hour.

Does anyone know if that's Morris on drums? The seller isn't sure if it's Charles Smith or Morris and hasn't had time to research. No negatives or copies of these pics according to the seller.

Whoever it is, they're playing lefty. That might help.
Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it.

This auction has ended. The seller didn't get his opening bid and I've sent him a message via ebay asking him if he could provide more info on the pics. Also asked him if he would re-list. Don't know any further details at the moment.

eBay pix are a little more difficult to access since they don't allow copying in the resize pop-up. I get them with Safari's Activity dropdown and find the actual page that hosts the image. Then you can hotlink with lurking or up them to PhotoBucket.

Okay. The seller has re-listed for $1,500.00 or make offer. At times I'll take an interest in "rare",afaik, Prince items. There are no negatives and we still aren't sure of the identity of the drummer in the picture(s). I've asked the seller to see if the picture owner knows. Keeping these factors in mind, how much, if any, would you offer? I'd be greatful for your advice. Thanks!

Man, it's really hard to put a price on something like those pics. I would definitely want as much documentation and history behind the images to be included before considering a bid. The photo owner can always "find" the negatives at a later date and sell the images again. Part of the deal should be that negatives, if found will be turned over to the winning bidder and that the winner will also be the sole owner of the images and reproduction rights.

I was wondering if I make this seller an offer using squirrelgrease's advice, would a simple notarized statement be good enough to protect my purchase, or is this more legally complicated? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
