Would anyone be able to shed any light on this item for sale on a uk site? Does anyone think it could be genuine? I spotted it a while back and bought one of the three mentioned but have serious doubts as to weather it is genuine.

If anyone has any idea I would be most gratefull?

Could it be an earlier version of Prince's autograph?

Could it be that the fat pen has made the signature different?

Has anyone seen one like this before?

The people selling it seem very genuine indeed and have provided some provinence, but I still think it seems hightly suspicious. Anyway If someone want's it it's there for the grabbing. But advice would be better?

it says geniune and rare so what more proof do you need?

the signature looks nothing like princes, it just looks like a P or some 3 year old did a bit of a scribble on the cd case

it's only £29.99, if it was real i'm sure they would want more than a £20 markup on the price of the cd in the store without a babys scribble on it

The price is obviously too low for it to be real.

There are soooo many fake Prince signatures out there and really no way to tell when a real one surfaces, as Prince doesn't exactly provide letters of authenticity. I would just plain stay away from Prince sigs. Maybe get a Carrot Top autograph... no one's faking those.
