Has anyone bought it yet?

I've ordered my copy from Amazon.com - But it has not been dispatched yet! Also, its not available in any of the shops yet in Dublin. It will only be available on import they say (HMV), and they don't know when it will be in stock. They are quoting 99 Euro (equivelent to 99 dollars!) for the box, which I would pay in order to get it for Christmas.
Do you know where it can be bought, and does it contain the bonus cd? Please take me out of my misery. (I should have joined the Club when I had the chance - who's sorry now?)
