That Rolling Stone ain't worth $12 either. Magazines never go that high, even on eBay. Even Prince. I've never paid over 8 or 9 for all the Rolling Stones I have of Prince on the cover, and we all know that Wendy and lisa cover, and the Vanity cover, are big collector items.
