This is a serious seldom offer. When artists and their record companies are preparing a new release they often goes through the time consuming process of finding the right tracks to put on the given release. More so if the release is a collection of previously released material.

So was this release really time consuming? Of course, you might say so with that enormous back catalogue to choose from. But they managed it.

So next issue is the artwork. I think you can see a pretty good description of the artwork process including many original pictures on http://www.princeinfo.net.

But as a perfectionist Prince also wanted to see how the different solutions/proposals for artwork looked in reality. So he had different versions of the CD artwork intended for Prince: The Ultimate pressed on CDs.

So what I'm offering here is three different pressings of the artwork (in three different Ebay auctions). These are really unique. We're talking about PRESSED CDs with artwork never released. Only made for the benefit of Prince. If you know the price of pressing CDs these are extremely unique. Only a few of each were ever made.
