FS: Prince - The WAR (Still Sealed!) Promo release

I have a copy of "The War" for sale. This is a cassette edition that is still sealed. It states "4 promotional use only not 4 sale" on the spine. On NPG Records, 1998.

Orgnote with questions, offers, request for pics, etc...
