Could anyone please please help me. I've got tickets to see Prince at the O2 centre on Friday 10th of August, Block 113, lower tier. Really great seats! But my friend can't make it on that day so I would like to swap for an earlier date if possible. Please help me, it's always been my dream to see Prince perform live!

In a flurry of punching keyboard keys I managed to get some tickets I don't need - actually can't use because they are for a show on the sameday as a wedding!

I have two tickets for the 17th and two tickets for the 18th. Ideally I want to swap 2 of these for 10th August.

I don't yet know where my seats are. Ticketmaster haven't sent details.
