When Will We B Paid? Audio Stepchild-version

Can any1 tell me on what CD this was released? I know of the normal 2-track cd-single which has the normal version, but there was also a 4-track cd-single (later withdrawn) with I believe 2 tracks by Audio Stepchild (not sure about that though). Anyway, this alternate version is 4:19 minute version long, so slightly longer than the normal one 4:07 min. It has an intro introducing Audio Stepchild. Moreover, this version differs as there's a rap in the guitar-part. Any help is welcome. THANX
