12" white label SST (Plant Life mix)

Has anybody got this 12" or know where 2 get it? It's about the only thing missing from my collection. I have the mp3 though (that's a start).

I don't think a 12" exists. From what I heard there was just a cd-r which was handed to some radio stations.
