New info (29th June): This one's for all you mad collectors out there. To help you maintain the quality of the item, I am going to include a CD-ROM with all pictures. Hopefully my scanning format conforms to your expectations - so it won't be necessary to touch the item for yet another scan. Includes:

- all scans in high resolution (2438 x 3414 pix each page, jpg)
- all thumbnails (150 x 210 pix, jpg)
- all 3 page collages (see below) in mid resolution (550 x 730 pix)
- all 3 page collages thumbnails (250 x 332 pix)
- and finally a PSD (photoshop 8) file which has all collages on different layers.
