Seems fair to me !!!
Ebay is an auction and is very up and down - I have listed items that have sold for x and relisted a similar item that sold for y and z - It is a good idea to use the "Best Offer" feature because someone might offer you £18 for your 3 x 12" etc which would only be £2 lower than your start price etc. Saying that, some people might take the P*ss as I was selling a sealed TMBGITW Valentine card and someone offered me £5 !!!!! Like.....Duuuuuhh !!! 
It is aways a good idea to study other auctions of the same items you are selling, that way you can gain an insight into what buyers are willing to pay. | |

FROM THE AUCTION: Paisley park - This is with a misspressed 4th track on, never played this so still dont no what the 4th track is...fantastic condition
isn't that one the eaiser one to find? IIRC the one with only 3 tracks listed it much rarer. | |

Yup the 3 track is much rarer it was issued after the 4 track when sales had dropped.
