I'm listening to "I Want You Back" right now, and I must say this is one of my favorite songs of all time.

What's your favorite Jackson 5 song?

I love "I want you back", that song tends to get stuck in my head often. 'Never can say Goodbye' is also on the top of my list. But I admit I'm a typical "ABC, easy as 1-2-3" kinda girl.

shoot...how much time do y'all have? I can sit here all day talking about my favorite Jackson 5 songs, but the one that comes to mind for me right now is "If I don't love you this way" MY GOODNESS what a song...another one is "I can't quit your love" but my ULTIMATE FAVORITE IS: "Can I see you in the morning" LOVE LOVE LOVE that song, chile! Lil' Mike sang the hell out of that song, and his brother's background harmonies are just ETHEREAL.

"I Want You Back" is one of the greatest songs recorded by anyone. What a perfect first single. The music and the musicianship on that cut is flawless.

Theres so many... It's so annoying when your favourite track just happens to be 2 miniutes long or something, a lot of a my favourite J5 tracks are too short, but ayway

Prime example, the song "Maybe Tomorrow" was originally written 4 Sammy Davis Jr. 2 record, but he passed on it. A lot of the songs on "Maybe Tomorrow" could have easily been done by much older artists. Around that time (1971) some of Mowtown's biggest acts like The Four Tops were complaining to the label that they felt they were getting passed over in regards 2 material. They felt that all the good songs were going to the Jackson 5.
