...I got free tickets from my best friend's mother, who got them from her boss, so my we went and had a great time. E,W&F are still, and always will be awesome! They had the whole crowd on their feet the entire time and put on an amazing show. Nothing fancy; just a straight great performance. I was really impressed with Chicago, too. Really great musicians, and they put on a good show, too, but I find their music a little dull.

Anyway, I had a great time! You guys should check it out!

they're gonna be comin to minneapolis next month--ew & f were here last year, and i heard it was a good show. i probably won't be able to go see 'em this time around either...too expensive.

I've seen EW&F numerous times so I'm not too upset about missing them this year,but I was really anxious to finally see Chicago (one of my favorite bands).It's a great idea for these two bands to be on the road together.They're both known for their incredible horn sections.

I'm currently in the process of collecting all of Chicago's CDs,which were remastered a few years ago.So far,I have the first two albums (which are simply incredible) and the 1976 album that contains the hit "If You Leave Me Now" (this album is okay,but it hasn't "grown" on me yet).We'll have to do another thread to discus their music in depth...lol...
