Orbital are about too go there separate ways, and have only two more shows left. One is tomorrow, also at Brixton, and the final show will be at Glastonbury. There new album, ~the Blue album~ came out on Monday, and hopefully will grow on me a little more than the first listen through.
Anyway, tonights show was very good, with them playing tracks from there old and new albums. If you know a little about Orbital, you know there live sets are always better than the recorded works, and tonight was no exception.
You Lot, Girl with the Sun in her hair, and the Box sounded amazing with some solid production on the tracks. Brixton Academy is a great venue for the show, and if anyone is going to Glastonbury then it should be worth seeing.
The only downer was that they came on at 10.15 and were off by 12, but otherwise it was great.
