Most interesting thing happened when I saw Madonna last night!

The 6/20 NYC MSG SHOW

She came on at 8:45...I'm sitting up in the 400 nosebleeds directly to the side of the stage thinking how I won't see anything but that I was just happy to finally get to see her live. Around 8:20, MSG security came into our section and without fanfare, stating giving out tickets to everyone...they said you can "change your seats because the show isn't really sold out." HE had a large stack of tickets. So I ended up 3 rows up from the floor diagonal from her side stage platform and close to the catwalk. And for $60, I was feeling quite good!

Anyway, just thought I'd share that with any of you that have nosebleeds that may think the show you are going to is sold out...I'm telling you, Madonna don't want to see no empty seats while she is performing so keep your eyes and ears open!

BY the way, the concert was AMAZING! I am not a fan of the song AMERICAN LIFE but it was the highlight of the show. My second favorite was "Burning Up." She rocked that mutha fucka OUT! Her voice sounded amazing. She really sings well live thought it was definitely apparent she was lip singing during Nobody Knows Me. Express Yourself and Like a Prayer had me dancing my coochie off. THe one "slow part" of the night I felt was the Hanky Panky/Deeper and Deeper parts...she should have kept Deeper and Deeper the way it originally was recorded. And Papa DOn't Preach seemed very short. But hearing these songs live for the first time and how much Maddy's voice has strengthened...it was great!

And finally...Crazy For YOU...what can I say...my favorite song was flawless!

I think "Nobody Knows Me" is my favorite part of the show. Her dancing is incredible and it's one of the few moments when she's up there all by herself. It's a powerful, effective performance. The performance of "Amercan Life" is great, but a little chaotic too...lol...there's just so much going on at the same time.If you were watching the video screens, you would've seen ALOT of interesting footage from the video. But I agree with you,Maddy's vocals on this tour are incredible! CBS should really go ahead and film one of these early shows for the TV special, while her voice is still strong. You know how she usually has voice problems near the end of a tour, lol.

Yes the dancing during NKM was great-I love that horizontal "moving walk" that she likes to use on stage...I also thought her backup dancers helped make the show. That one dancer who was soing some funky break dance on one hand just blew me away!

And plus, she looks so SEXY during this song...lol...prancing around in those boots. And the conveyer belt is reminiscent of the "Who's That Girl" tour, only this around,it's used in a more efffective manner.
