Embarrassing musical pleasures? Come on- tell us What album/cd do you listen to often and absolutely love, but are somewhat embarrassed to admit how much you love it? I'll go first....
I love "Cracked Rear View" by Hootie and the Blowfish! There I said it! I know the songs are sappy and unoriginal, but I love every song on this cd. I even get choked up listening to one or two songs. What about you?? Come on, don't be shy!

*New Kids On The Block...
*Micheal Boltons first, THE HUNGER... *2 words...FAT BOYS *N'SYNC... *Billy Ray Cyrus' SOME GAVE ALL... I liked these at the time...lol...interestingly, I own these, but not any musical icons around here such as Jimi, Stevie, Bowie or Zappa. BTW, Let Her Cry is my favorite song on that CD...(that's the one right?) Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind.

tons of stuff, but stuff u may know:-
1) "Beacuse I love you" album by Stevie B (actually called "Love and emotion") 2) "New kids on the block"- all their albums honestly (even the remix album and "Face the music") 3) Debbie gibson- some tracks- ironically I was this morning on my walkman listening to the first side of "Anything is possible" album and I love the whole side (expect "energy up") 4) Tiffany "New inside"- more dance pop in a fake urban way then her MOR pop which is tight on some tracks (title track,"It's you") 5) Milli vanilli "2x2", lots of different versions of this album, I now have the original and extended europe version with a cool (if rather odd) remix album! Love most of it including the odd but funky "Boy in a tree", "Cant you feel my love" and the euphoric "Is it love", as well as "More than u ever know" which should of been a single over the naff "all or nothing"! 6) "Oliver and co. Disney soundtrack"- remember the cat and gog New york disney movie of late 80's based on Oliver twist? Well I have soundtrack album and I have had it since about 4 or 5 years old I think! Still love Billy Joels "Why should I worry" and the great "Streets of gold" (by one of the pointer sisters I think?)! Also steller ballad thing "Once upon a time in New York city" by Huey Lewis is gorgeous! Love the synth breaks.....

Pornograffitti by Extreme,
ok maybe not the entire album, but essentially 'More than Words' and 'When I first kissed you', these are two of my fave melodies of all time. -"If U don't like,

VUELVE by Ricky Martin.
It's a very, very good album. This was right before he "crossed over" with that sugarpop crap. I listen to it at work sometimes. But I liked it when hardly anyone knew who I was listening to...now it's a bit embarrassing. By St. Boogar and all the saints at the backside door of Purgatory!

Just because you absolutely love it, it doesn't mean we all like it
