Interesting, but short interview. Many Prince mentions. They talk about Prince when he did the picture of him naked on a horse. lol

Tavis: He is a good guy. Now Prince, the only--the one thing that Prince would tell you, make sure you own your masters. Don't give all your stuff away. It's your first CD. It's gonna get bigger and better as you go. Make sure you keep some control.

Van: "Well, you know, that's a little hard when you're asking for money."

Great transcript. A little too much time in the interview is devoted to Prince and not Van's music, but it's good to see that Van is getting "rec."

I hope you post this in the P&R forum so that the orgers can see the interview with Fareed Zakaria, America's most astute observer of international affairs.
