Played out. They kept on singing the same ol bland love song over and over. And then Boy Bands like N'sync and backstreet boys killed the whole R&B group thing. There wasn't any room for them in the pop market. They came out like in 2000 with a album. The single of the that one was called "Pass You By" or something like that. I wasn't a bad song. And it actually was on the R&B charts. Their last CD Full Circle was relased in 2002. It hardly made a dent on the charts. Thank You San Alejo for getting rid of my enemies. :-0
Thank You SO much Saint Expedite for your help Thank You Virgin de Guadalupe for helping my friend Thank You Saint Anthony for returning my wallet to me untouched

As a black group, they sold an unbelievable amount of records, which 2 me does not matter, but at least it proved a black rnb group could sell really big!
Boybands in general at the moment seem to be minimal in the US! But yeah, not much chance of coming back! Maybe 2 old 4 the boyband intended audience? I like 'em personally though! I'd way rather New Edition came back, whenever P Diddy decides on releasing their now oft-delayed album!

Hell, even The Platters proved it, on a lesser scale. [This message was edited Thu May 20 17:31:45 2004 by VoicesCarry]

Sorry, I don't know the exact sales of these older groups but damn, those first couple of Boyz 2 men albums sold huge! Their damn singles were like NO 1. 4ever!
Believe me, I ain't no chart freak, but no black group maybe since the glory years of Motown had been this big comercially!
