bono and UPENN law honors ok, don't get me wrong, bono has done massive amounts of work in the int'l law field. he's tried to work with politicians and get policies changed and i commend him for it. you know what, though? if i have to struggle through school and work my way through law school to get a law degree...fuck all this 'honorary doctor of laws' crap! honorary my ass. when you do the work, you can have the label.

You sound bitter. It's not as if he is going to take the bar or refer to himself with the esq title. It's basically just a way for schools to get celebs to attend their ceremonys. | |
