The "Don't eat as much as before" diet.

Went on the surgery diet! U must be rich though.....

I've heard her say that she just works out a lot these days but hasn't changed her diet much (because she loves fries).

But, who knows? Maybe she had the bypass.

to answer the question...Missy hired a special trainer,the same guy who helped LL Cool J lose weight and get buffed.There was an article on him in Vibe magazine.

Missy cut back on her carbs, but it wasn't the Atkins diet.. just lessened alot of the junk food she likes. And she did resistance training.

A steady diet of these:

And that's just breakfast .
