Despite the songs being crappy by some, they r always good 4 parties/clubs! Everyone can piss about having fun to both these groups records!

The village people:-
"Y.M.C.A"
"In the navy"
"Macho man"

Those 3 r the catchiest muthafuckers ever!

Both Village people and Boney M had very slick productions on them 4 sure!

Don't have any of their stuff though!

I have more fun dancing 2 the village people or watching their music vid's on VH1 so I pick them!

Interesting fact:- Boney m producer/writer/svengali Frank Farian went on to score big with another european/German act in the 80's....."Milli Vanilli"!....

Here's a list of some of the worst disco songs,imo...

"If My Friends Could See Me Now" by Linda Clifford
"Get Up And Boogie (That's Right)" by Siiver Convention
"In The Navy" by the Village People
"I'm On Fire" 5000 Volts
"Dance (Disco Heat)" by Sylvester
"Miss Broadway" by Belle Epogue

For some reason, those songs annoy me,but considering how bad much of today's music is,even those songs sound halfway decent (by comparison),lol.

I actually like the music to this song,it's just that the lead vocalist (Tina Charles?) sounds really terrible...lol...and then that silly guy that comes into the song near the end disbelief
