i can make that happen. if i don't get these tickets...shit, its not like i don't have the pick of the litter. madonna screwed scalpers by adding so many shows. way too much supply for a show that doesn't seem to be in too much demand (from scalper sales, i mean).

Yeah,it was a brilliant move for Maddy to play all these shows, saturating the market.Unlike her last tour in 2001,it really wasn't that difficult this time to get tickets to her shows (I managed to snag tix for three shows with no problem).Fans don't really have to rely on scalpers this time around.Once the tour starts, there will be alot of disappointed, desperate scalpers trying to get rid of expensive tickets that they paid face value for...lol...Maddy beat them at their own game.

ok so i couldn't bargain great tickets down as low as i wanted...honestly, it would have been highway robbery if i did. i just didn't want to pay more than 150 for a pair of tickets. lol

i finally did cave and get some cool seats, though, for the chicago show. for a total of 150, i have upper levels seats very close to the stage. basically, i'm in the third level but it is the section closest to the stage BEFORE it becomes the side stage. so, even with it being top level, i'm still damn close to the action.

endorphin74, what night are you going? my tickets are for 11 july...i think its sunday.

Not sure what to think of this setlist.I'm disappointed that songs like "Easy Ride","Justify My Love","Live To Tell" and "Lucky Star" have been removed. And do we really need to hear "Hanky Panky" on this tour?? Oh well, there's still a few more weeks until the tour begins.I'm sure there will be some last-minute changes.

A friend of mine wants to go,but he's a "cheapskate" and so he's waiting until the night of the show to get tickets. He's betting that a desperate scalper will sell him some good seats for LESS than face value, lol. But congratulations on those good seats that you got!

were are some of the good "crowd-pleasing" live songs she's done on previous tours?!

Where's the Party?
Causing a Commotion?
Lucky Star?
IMpressive Instant?

People screamed for "Impressive Instant" even though they probably didn't own the album. But good idea not to release it was a single! I guess "What It Feels Like For A Girl" was more commerical.

rolleyes Vinny, sometimes your "logic" cracks me up.What do you mean "People screamed for "Impressive Instant" even though they probably didn't own the album"?? Considering that the total worldwide sales for 'Music' are around 14 million copies,it's a safe bet that most of the fans who saw the tour also owned the album,in some form or another.

I didn't see you guys complaining when Cher opened her last tour with a cover of U2's "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" lol

That's 'cause Cher's voice is appropriate for the song. I can see her pulling it off.

Cher's voice isn't appropriate for ANY song! She sounds like Bill Murray's character from "Caddyshack"

I'm not justifying Madonna's decision here, because I think it's a shitty one. "Imagine"? Come on. Clumsy, clumsy, clumsy.

She's doing "Burning Up", and I'm just thrilled about that!!! That was the song that made me a fan of hers back in the day!!!

Oh, and "Nothing Fails" is in the setlist? Then I have NO complaints!

Same! I'm just hoping the DVD is not a rip off and includes everything that on the tour. THe CBS special is sure to cut things out due to time restraints (then again, they might be smart and just show the whole show sponorsed by just one company).

Question. Davideye, you say that there is a new song and then under that you list "Imagine"...so is "Imagine" the "new song" or is there a new song AND "Imagine". I guess we'll find out for sure tommorow.
