MICHAEL JACKSON IS GUILTY

even if michael jackson never touched a hair on a child's head, im afraid he is guilty, guilty of allowing himself to be in a position where he can be accused of molesting children because of the way he conducts myself around children.
he may well be just a child who never grew up and just loves the company of children but im afraid in this shithole of a world we live in, michael jackson is an easy target for people who fancy making themselves some big money out of his innocent view on the world(if he is really innocent)
...
if he really is a pedophile then i hope he rots in hell but either way, he will go free because his lawyers will buy their way around the system. but at the end of the day, michael jackson
isguilty.

If he's guilty, fine. He won't buy himself out of anything, and he deserves to be put away.

If he's innocent, fine. He can continue to make good music.

That's pretty much it.

I was talking to someone about this the other day and I told him the same thing. He's left himself open for this sort of thing to happen. You'd have thought that after all that happened to him in 1993 he would keep a distance from children. Not to stop giving to charity but not be around children unsupervised. It's just so sad and I hope that justice prevails.
I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

what if he is convicted?

keep in mind,
in the US legal system over 500 cases were overturned due to new evidence brought in light years after cases was closed
over 300 innocent were sent to their death for crimes they didn't commit...
The System doesn't always work

I don't see him winning this, but I also don't see him doing any time.

Why would a 45 year old man surround himself with children? And don't give me that boolshit about how he loves children so much and he didn't have a childhood and blah blah blah, justification after rationalization. That's what therapy's for.

He put himself where he is, he's never had a relationship with a woman, not a REAL one anyway.

He's been charged with many things. He will be convicted of a few of them. There is NO reason he should have young boys in his bed with him. There's no excuse you could give me that would justify it. He's a pedophile. A rich and famous pedophile, and unfortunately, he will get off from a lot of those charges because of his fame and wealth.

OJ ring a bell?

I think MJ will win. Sneddon seems to have a record of doing things like this, but with all national and internationl attention the media will start to question his actions.

Regardless of whether MJ wins or loses this case, the damage has already been done.Because of his own reckless behavior and questionable decisions,he's screwed either way.If he gets convicted,he will serve time in prison. If he's acquitted,he will become like O.J. Simpson.Folks will say "Oh he really did it but he got off because of his expensive legal team and because he's a celebrity".His image is ruined. After being accused of molesting TWO children, and admitting on national TV that he still allows young boys to sleep in his bed, there is no way he can overcome this. His career is finished and there would no point in making any new music.

The ironic thing is, MANY people didn't believe that he molested the first boy in 1993.Because of the odd circumstances surrounding that case (the boy and his family settling out of court and refusing to testify),there were many people who assumed that MJ was set up.You'd think that, after everything MJ went through back in 93/94,he would have changed his behavior around young children. Some fools never learn from past mistakes.

Here's the million-dollar question....if MJ miracously survives these latest charges and is acquitted, will he finally change his behavior? Will the sleepovers continue? Or will he face these same charges in another ten years?

I can't stand MJ, but I think he's most likely innocent. That said tune in for Round 3 when Tom Sneddon's son or daughter decides to avenge their dad's ruined reputation by going after the crumbling waxwork again in 2015.

Can you please explain to me how it is OK and just peachy keen to have young boys in your bed with you when you're 45? Why aren't there any girls coming forward? There are some hard questions that need to be answered. And THAT is why I believe he's guilty. You don't have to agree with me. And I guarantee you, there will be people like me on the jury.

Because Prince doesn't surround himself with little boys. It's not just weird. Weird I can handle. But secret rooms, Jesus Juice, conspiracy to harass witnesses, sleeping with boys, dangling babies over balconies, and faking injuries to gain sympathy just don't fly with me anymore. Is it just coincidence that this is the SECOND time he's been accused of these things? If he WERE guilty, would you still turn a blind eye? Can you set aside your idolation of this guy to clearly see the facts? Something is seriously wrong with him.

I don't mean to hurt anyone, but I also cannot change the way I feel.

Give me a fucking break! Prince is no where close to being as weird as MJ. Prince is an oddball and has always been different, but he's no where near the weirdness of MJ.

Then tell me, if they are so sure of his guilt and say that they have a strong case why did they change the accusation and the timeline?? You know there are a lot of weird things about this case. And if you wanna know why this is the second time he´s charged, it´s because he´s an easy target.
none of those thing he´s been accused of have been proved so far. And if you wanna know something about the first allegations I can give you to read a very INTERESTING article and you can make your own opinion. It´s from GQ written by Mary A. Fisher? Has anyone read it?

Agreed. Then i wouldn't expect Prince to be as affected as Mike. Prince wasn't truly a worldwide star until his mid-twenties and in comparison his star tapered off reasonably quickly. Mike was a star at ten, and only got bigger and more famous as each year passed.

That GQ article has been posted here more times than I care to remember. Oh, look, there it is again. What a surprise.
