It seems that there were four people in the van: Daniel, his tour manager, Josh, his manager, Christopher "The Minister" Allen, and his bass player, Patina. Daniel, Josh and Christopher all seemed to have escaped with cuts, bruises and sprains, but Patina is in critical condition with internal bleeding. She didn't have a seatbelt on and was thrown from the vehicle, which landed on her. The other three had to get her out from under the car, and are understandably extremely shaken up.

(For those of you who don't know who Daniel Ash is, he's one of the founding members of Bauhaus, a band that was goth way back when Marilyn Manson was playing Dungeons & Dragons in training pants; Ash also was part of the band Love & Rockets, and the short-lived band Tones On Tail. Ever seen "The Hunger"? Bauhaus is the band at the beginning. Remember the song "So Alive"? That's Love & Rockets. Daniel Ash is way cool - this news shook me up, and I'm glad to hear he's okay.)
