i know its an ad regarding mother's day and purchasing the disc for your mom but...

they show these different people listening to their headsets while doing things outdoors like dining and shopping at a grocery store. the last shot is a man opening the fridge door at a market and popping open a drink. he then puts the drink back in the fridge (as if he were at home). the voice over says to make yourself at home, anywhere, with the new norah jones cd. then it says to pick one up for the favorite lady in your life...all this while some GUY is listening to the cd on his headphones.

its just funny to me.

Sounds like a really lame-o ad.

eh, i don't mind her. i don't really listen to her but when she comes on, i don't run for the dial or anything. there are much worse acts out there.

Yeah many folks hate her guts too,,,not me tho!

I like her voice alot, its about time somebody came out with something FRESH & NEW. Plus, her music carrys alot of substance and depth 4 such a young lady and thats damn refresghing to witness.

Nina Simone complimented her effort which is at least something to tell you if what I said ain't enough.
