Madonna kicks off her world tour on May 24..here are some last-minute rumors

Several weeks ago, there was alot of "exclusive" information being reported on various Madonna fansites regarding her tour. But have you noticed that the "leaks" has all but stopped? In the past few weeks,we haven't really heard too many new details.Apparently Madonna was unhappy about all the leaks,so she took action...lol...but now that the tour is only a few weeks away,we're starting to get more info, gossip and rumors. Here's the latest scoop...

***Dress rehearsals start this Monday.

***The setlist is definite, and includes "Express Yourself","Lucky Star","Like A Prayer"and "Justify My Love" .Contrary to previous reports, the songs "Nothing Really Matters" and "Skin" will not be included on this tour.In fact, the only song from Ray Of Light that appears on the setlist is "Frozen" .Also, "Borderline" [b] has been deleted from the setlist as well.

*** [b] "Express Yourself"
follows the song "American Life" as the same themes are demonstrated in those songs (freedom, censorship, etc). Both are done military-style,with Maddy and her dancers wearing Army clothing and holding rifles (apparently, this is a anti-war segment).

***The song "Bedtime Story" will still be performed, but it will not be the opening number (as previous reports indicated). It actually comes late in the show.According to one source, the opening songs are "The Beast Within","Vogue","Frozen","American Life" and "Express Yourself" .

***According to the same source.... The best technology will be used in the show, including HUGE video screens moving from side to side on the stage itself. For "Like A Prayer",they filmed a gospel band saying a prayer which will be screened onstage. The show features a total of 25 songs .

What a stupid move. Delete basically everything from ROL and sing the turgid "American Life" right before "Express Yourself", just so we know how shitty it is in comparison to her older hits.

The last tour featured alot of the 'ROL' tracks,so I can do without those songs this time around. It leaves more room for the oldies lol

"American Life" isn't one of my favorite Madonna songs, but it's an important song that reflects her current worldview. So it should be performed on this tour.Besides,it gives her an opportunity to rap...lol...

"I'm drinkin a soy latte
I get a double shote'
Get closer to my body
and you know I'm satisfied"

(I made up the "get closer to my body" line,it sounds better, lol)

My girlfriend gets pissed at me because I always recite that rap, sometimes just to annoy her lol

I do yoga and pilates
and the room is full of hotties
So,I'm checking out the bodies
and you know I'm satisfied

btw, what did you think of the 'American Life' video which was pulled from release last year? It's one of my Top 5 Madonna videos. It actually makes me like the song even more.

Pretty good. A bit too obvious, though (except the final shot, which was subtle).

American Life is one of my fav. Madonna songs! I cant see what so bad about it! Its so cool and catchy...Especially love the part when she goes:

American Liiiiife, I live the American Dreaaaaam,
You are, the best thing Ive seeeeen,
You are not just a dreeeeaaaaam..

Luv It

Which countries shes going, anybody knows?
