Why does almost every thread get turned into an MJ thread? I am just wondering how a Madonna is overated thread, Top 20 all time songwriters, and an Usher vs Prince who dances better thread is turned into an MJ thread? I understand the last one a little a comparison here and there but why do the few MJ fans here feel the need to dominate threads with MJ comparisons and adoration when he really isn't the focus of the thread? I am no hater of MJ I have respect for the man "musically" but why do people feel the need to force feed us their opinions and adorations? I am just curious do any Prince fans or Madonna fans go to the MJ websites and do this? Is that how it works? I just want to know, Im just curious..... I have been coming here for years and yes it happens with several artists occasionally a Madonna reference here and Janet there, but they don't dominate the topic like MJ fans do arguing and posting pics and listing every song the man wrote/co wrote and whatnot so why?.

As a doctor, I'm qualified to state that MJ fans are overcompensating for having little dicks (in the case of males) and a similar deep insecurity (fat ass, slut mother, etc. - in the case of females). *****************************************

No, I don't go to other artists' message boards and attempt to convert users to Prince or Madonna fans. It's probably because of his trial. A bunch of MJ fans keep posting bullshit "MJ IS INNOCENT!" articles to support him. If there wasn't an impending trial, this wouldn't be happening. As for the threadjacking, I'm not really sure. Many MJ fans seem so in love with him that they aren't open to debate of any kind so it gets really heated (ex: songwriter thread). All I have ever seen you do is discuss the music and voice your opinions and that is a beautiful thang.

Like a number of fans for any artist, then. I think you and I both will defend artists we're really into, but we definitely try to have DISCUSSIONS, not fights.

Because some fans still haven't grown emotionally/mentally from their 1983/'84/'85 high school days. This post not for the wimp contingent. All whiny wusses avert your eyes.

From my experiance, most huge MJ fans are teenagers (including me). At least most of the ones on the MJ forums are teenagers.
