Annie Lennox Am I the only fan of Annie Lennox/Eurythmics here? I think she's simply brilliant. Eurythmics 1981-1984 were about as experimental as you get! Her passionate voice, ever-changing persona and originality really appeal to me. Anyone else have any thoughts on her? | |

I love Annie Lennox.She is truly a great artist,with a splendid voice.I pretty much like everything she did as a member of Eurythmics ("Here Comes The Rain Again" and "Who's That Girl?" are my favorites).What is she up to these days,anyway?

I don't really follow her but I've always dug her. GREAT, powerful voice, stunning presence.
"Why" blew me away on record, but when she sang it live on an award show - OMG!!! To quote Christopher, Annie is the shizzle... You may be alone with all that Blazer love (LOL!), but you're not where Annie's concerned...    I never met you, but I LOVE you & I will forever!! Annie is awesome! Tremendous voice! Whenever I see these so-called "divas" on TV, it always galls me that they don't include her. She is a REAL diva!

Annie Lennox is a Goddess. I still remember her amazing - AMAZING - performance of "Why" on Saturday Night Live back in the day. It was 1,000% high drama, wrung from her bones. That voice. Those eyes. Damn. DAMN! | |
