What are the WORST ALBUMS you've bought this year so far? For me I've really only bought two big stinkers:

No, but compared to Live Through This and Celebrity Skin, this album has very little good singing from her.....I enjoy a good scream every now and then, but the whole album is lacking in decent melodies. | |

(Shrug) - to each their own, I suppose. This was not an album that grew on me - I enjoyed it immediately. I suppose I found it refreshing to an extent because I really hadn't listened to any guitar-oriented rock in quite some time. The performances are fairly raw (particularly the vocals) but I have no problems with that, and I'll certainly stand by the songs on the record for the most part. MrDespues, we are in COMPLETE AGREEMENT on this one...Liz Phair should be hung from her toenails and gutted with a fish-hook for releasing that pile of Avril Lavigne crap. It's incomprehensible to me that this is the same woman who was responsible for Exile In Guyville. No confusion, no tears. No enemies, no fear. No sorrow, no pain. No ball, no chain.
