The ceremony will take place April 23, 2004 at the State Theater in Detroit, Michigan. Q Magazine picks Parliament Funkadelic for its list of 50 Bands that Changed the World in the March 2004 issue. Yep i heard that too....and listen 2 this P-Funk fans can also look forward to the upcoming TV special called "P-Funk Nation Celebration: History of Parliament/Funkadelic and Influences." Both the album and TV special drop in October 2004. Here I am, you lucky people!
