"Until You Come Back To Me"-Aretha Franklin
"It's A Shame"-The Spinners
"Don't Make Me Wait Too Long"-Roberta Flack
"Perfect Angel"-Minnie Ripperton
"Tell Me Something Good"-Rufus and Chaka
"I Can Only Be Me"-Keith John
Both albums by Syreeta

and

My all time favorite...

"I Can See The Sun In Late December"-Roberta Flack clapping His very own live version of this song is simply amazing. The chord progression is pure genius at its finest. worship

Stevie did it during his "In Square Circle" Tour in 1986!! The arrangement reminded me of "Village Ghettoland"

That was the first concert I ever went to (my sisters took me). Even though I was 6 or 7 at the time, I knew that Stevie was the man!!!!

I heard he covered "You're My Heaven" with Chaka Khan live back in 98, he re-arranged the live version giving it the Brazillian jazz treatment with Miss Khan scatting at the end.

Me, too. The way Stevie spaced out the time between the verses and the chorus keeps you intrigued the entire song. music

Also (even though it was on his album), I think Syreeta's take on "Come Back As A Flower" is one of the most beautiful ballads Stevie has ever written and to add to my list "Harmour Love" by Syreeta as well. thumbs up!

Haven't heard about them "covering" one of his songs hmmm , but I do know that Twinkie (the sister who writes, produces and plays keyboards for the group) was inspired by Stevie's "Master Blaster (Jammin')" to write their hit "You Brought The Sunshine." She has also stated that Stevie Wonder is her favorite songwriter/musician. wink

I believe Stevie's version was 1967, although it was never a hit...
