do you think britney spears...

is aware of how the industry and many music listeners mock her for her endless lip-syncing and copycatting Madonna; AND do you think from her bad publicity form this tour that she'll FINALLY try to focus on selling her REAL writing, singing, production skills (If she even has any?)
Let the rain come down...17 days....

I think she is too busy getting even more rich to worry about petty things as what people think of her as the sales have been good and although I don't care for her I have to say that Toxic is more catchy then anything Prince has done since 1994.

Slave2daGroove

She's doing a reality-type t.v. show of the European leg of the tour (just read it).

This should cement her in all of history as being, well, Britney.

Very simply...yes! She has to be aware of it. She isn't that out of it however I don't think that she is bright enough to flip it around and say "This is me and why I'm different". Then again, there is hardly any oringinality in any music. I'm sure there are people telling her that her songs are so smart and that she is very well respected but I think she knows the truth and it probably depresses her! That might be a good thing to right about rather than making some "shocking video" about it and just writing abour partying all the time!

Why would she do that? That would require effort and work.

And no, I don't think she has ANY of those skills.

i'll thank britney for pulling it off.

if i started thanking the writers and producers, rather than the performer, i'd have no appreciation for far too many people.

Um, she basically isn't singing on the track. Lol, you REALLY think she "performs" anything? (other than oral).

Her tour is hilarious. Like all-karaoke night at a redneck Louisiana strip joint, only without the nudity and with miming.

no...she doesn't care because that's the reason why she is 'where she is' at this point.
