Now I'm white and straight and have never heard of this but the title sounded very familar. It's a huge R. Kelly song. I always thought that "Down Low" was a more simple thing than that. Just keep it secret. I didn't know it had anything to do with black gay sex parites. Did anyone else this episode of "Law And Order" and think the same thing or did they just make that up. And I only started this conversation in the music thread since it relates to the possible meaning of an R. Kelly song but you can move it if you like. I used to think you were fairly bright Vinny. Guess that bulb blew. well were talking about the legal system wich doesn't always adhere to whats morally "correct" Im not defending the man thats his lawyers business im just saying whats legally and psycologicaly correct Personally i think the man is guilty his preferred age range is 15-17 (Not 14) whether the girl is mature enough is not under judgement if you followed the official Report Mr Kelly is not charged with "Child Molestation" he couldnt be charged with it since the child was over 14 years of age at the time r kelly is officially charged with "8 counts of child pornography" officially a 2 year sentence but his celeb status will probably give him a few monthes next he's charged with "engaging in lewd acts with a minor over the age of 15"(not a felony) this probably won't go through as of lack of evidence and no wittness to testify to the case they can't used the video tape since its not admissable. Most likely that'l be dropped and he'll most likely get indicated for Child Pornography which is a felony Peeing on his victims is not an offence sadly its a sick fetish alot people are into Legally Speaking Mr. Kelly is a child Pornographer rather then a "Pedophile" but speaking from a lawyers point of view the chicago D.A. is gonna have a hell of a time indicted him it won't be easy proving he filmed it since the Contents are irrelevent thats the way our legal system works Ub ny oppinion he'll get aquitted over lack of evidence united states Justice hehe [This message was edited Mon Apr 12 1:00:05 2004 by Luv4oneanotha] | |

I'm listenin' 2 'Down Low'(Nobody Has To Know)-R.Kelly feat. Isley Bros. ayn NO WAY this song is meaning ne reference 2 gay relations. This is 1 my fav songs in the IBs(sorda new skoo) & R.Kelly(ol'skoo) department of music. U gotta hear the song 2 really get it-which isn't that hard 2 comprehend. & like many pplz said b4 it's about keepin' a relationship secret(basically cheating) Da woman is goin' witta nutha man & also goin' wit R.Kelly & itz like he wanna keep it a secret-he skurr 2 fight da otha man probably,lolz.
