The Good Morning America Performance

Janet was awesome, as usual! She worked it out on "All Night", and the crowd was going nuts! She sounded beautiful on "I Want You", and the crowd really made me proud to be a Janet fan. They were chanting "NO MORE SUPERBOWL!" when Diane Sawyer was grilling her, and then they started screaming "ALBUM! ALBUM! ALBUM!"! It was amazing to see how devoted and loving the fans were, and I wish I was there chanting along with them! Janet looked so happy and so touched!

biggrin
'Cause your friends don't dance, and if they don't dance... well, they're no friends of mine.

I had to tape it. I loved it! I loved the fact that the crowd let Diane know what they wanted. I really hope that this album does well. It's just so damn good that it would be a shame if it didn't kick Usher's ass on the charts! I'm wondering what will happen. If it doesn't hit number one, this will be her first album not to hit number since I think "Control" (and even if "Control" didn't hit number one, it's still a classic album). I'm listening to "Damita Jo" the song right now. Love it! If it were longer it could have been a great single!

"Ooo I'm gonna tell your daddy!"

All of Janet's albums since (and including) Control have hit no. 1 (TVR and AFY only for a week each, though).
