If you could name ONE artist/band that... got a total raw deal in the music industry and deserves a comeback who would it be?
Don't laugh, but the first person that comes to my mind is MC Hammer. I can't say I know much about the decisions he made with record companies following the success of PLEASE HAMMER EM DON'T HURT EM, but what I do know is that he used a lot of the money he made to get people off the streets and got them jobs working for him...and who knows, maybe that's where he went wrong. He seems like a genuine man and good husband and father...I think he deserves a comeback. Let the rain come down...17 days....

In no particular order:
1. Shuggie Otis -- they weren't ready for him. Had they been patient with him we'd be on Shuggie.org, perhaps. 2. Fleming & John -- Great pop duo. 3. Digable Planets 4. Camp Lo -- I heard they were dropped after one LP. I wish Profile had been more patient. 5. De La Soul -- a boundary-breaking hip-hop outfit before Andre even discovered his 3000. Good night, sweet Prince | 7 June 1958 - 21 April 2016
Props will be withheld until the showing and proving has commenced. -- Aaron McGruder

Neneh Cherry. Buffalo Stance gets top 40 play, but people refer to her (at least in the States) as a one-hit wonder. Homebrew was dyn-o-mite and no one seemed to care. "She made me glad to be a man"
