Jake was a founding member of the Minneapolis band, Semisonic, who had a worldwide smash hit with "Closing Time" and recently a critically-acclaimed CD, "All About Chemistry". He is also an accomplished writer, who will be releasing a new book in late June. During the interview, they spun songs from several Minneapolis bands including Semisonic, Husker Du, The Replacements, Trip Shakespeare, and some preview songs of the upcoming Dan Wilson solo CD.
